VideoSense in Organizations
VideoSense workshop in an organization will allow participants to gain a different perspective of their work environment - their colleagues, their work environment and their clients. It will give them the opportunity to express with tiny nuances how they feel at their workplace.
During the workshop, the participants will film and will be filmed in various practices which help them gain a "different" perspective on familiar situations (office routine, job interview with a new employee, staff meetings, conflicts etc.)
The purpose of the workshop is to enable "Exit the framework".
